Welcome to Greece, the land of Gods, welcome to Korogonas Ark, the vessel for HU-mans, conscious, ensouled people of all races and religions… The Ark is a peace project in the very sense of this word which means spirituality-self-awareness are part of anyone who wants to join this project. No toxins whatsoever, no invasive methods and products and no violence (neither in action nor in products) are part of the Ark and fully excluded from the land. This means that only conscious plant-based people can join, or at least, respect on the land the Ark’s values. People that are in a transition phase, may, of course, consume and use animal products outside the land, e.g. when dining in a local tavern, but will be committed to the Ark’s values when being on the land. The Ark means to connect ourselves to all living species, as well as to the mineral kingdom and non-physical entities, which are part of mother earth's realms. The Ark has been started in 2012 on an absolutely pristine and clean from any kind of toxins land in an area which is widely untouched/wild, abandoned or with only very low impact agriculture, located on a beautiful highland at around 125m above sea-level and panoramic sea-view, 2Km distance from the Lakonian Gulf, with stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property has two parts, one with around 34.000sqm and a second, 2km further up, with 7.500sqm (being a total of 9+ acres). The main land has developed areas with olive grove (90 trees), around 30 old local variety olives, hundreds of wild olives, wild carob trees and plenty of other wild vegetation. Additionally, a few hundred fruit and other trees have been already planted and a vegetable garden is being cultivated. The start-up with a caravan is still on site and integrated in a sculptural rock-stone-natural-building combination called "conté eco-rooms". The main building is an award-winning combination of contemporary building (steel frame) and natural building with light straw-clay and natural plasters and colours. No toxic materials have been used and are generally banned from the Ark's land. In the process of termination is the new eco room "Rock Suite" and the community kitchen is also well on its path and will be continued this autumn/winter period. There are outside and half indoor showers with hot water, dry compost toilets and a new type of "all inclusive" toilets is planned to be realised this winter as well. We have full energy autonomy with a PV-off-grid-system and connection to a private water supply. A well is also planned to be realised in future on our land. The Ark is open to anyone who identifies with and respects the values of the ark, who wants to connect deeper to self and nature and to BE part of the paradigm change for a future earth, where all and everyone will live in peace and harmony. We offer, when needed, part-time helper status for short-time-members, spaces for vacationers, for mid-time members, people who want to try out a way of life with and within nature and for long-term members who either want to stay permanently or come periodically for several months per year. Possible is a stay in tents, the caravan, the eco rooms, as well as in campers, caravans or tiny houses which can be brought in by the members or built on site here. The Ark offers a step OUT of the system and into LIFE, for those who have been fed up with the world-wide slavery-system and want to live their life and potentials as ensouled, conscious beings on earth.
