The Cedar Springs community is made up of tiny homes which are owned by our residents, and the sites are rented/leased. We are happy to accommodate pets (upon request & approval) providing they reside within your tiny house. Lakefront sites in New Paris are $490 / month for periods of 12 months or longer, while the shorter terms do run slightly higher. As Ohio’s first exclusive tiny living community we’re proud to support tiny living in any shape or size! We accept all certified THOW builds (certifications by NOAH, RVAH, RVIA, Pacific West, etc). Be sure to check out our local coffee shop & wine bar “The Cedar” right here in New Paris! Conveniently located at the north end of our tiny home community, residents can walk directly to The Cedar using the tiny village path!
